This year, 2011, will require as much enthusiasm and hard work as the year before it. Now is the time to reflect on the previous year and examine the areas were your business did not perform to your targets.
We would suggest to all small to medium enterprises, try and arrange for your financial statements to be signed off earlier this year, the sooner you have your end of year financial statements, the sooner you can start working toward improving upon any areas you feel did not meet your desired targets.
