We have recently undergone a major IT overall, including a hardware and client relationship management systems upgrade and development.
In order to ensure we continue to provide our clients with a professional and efficient service at all times we are constantly reviewing and researching the best technology for our profession.
In April of this year we underwent an overhaul of our existing IT system and engaged with our IT service provider to develop new hardware. In addition we invested in new accounts production software to ensure that our clients financial statements are prepared to the best available standards, together with this system we have integarated a client relationship management system.
Our new CRM system will enable us to keep clients up to date with forthcoming deadlines for their relevant statutory filing requirements and also enable us to streamline all communication avenues.
